We strive to offer the best value for our luxury corner unit. Please be aware that our market pricing is dynamic.
- Annual Rate Setting: Seasonal rates for the upcoming year are finalized and updated in our booking systems by March 1st of each year.
- Advance Bookings: If you are looking to book dates after March 1st prior to our seasonal rates being finalized, please note that the listed price is subject to review. These bookings are provisional and subject to negotiation to match the finalized seasonal market rate.
2. Booking Platform & Liability
To ensure a secure and seamless experience, "Life's A Beach Colony 8A" utilizes Airbnb exclusively for all reservations and payments.
- When you click "Check Availability" or "Book Now," you will be redirected to our official Airbnb listing.
- The final booking agreement, cancellation policies, and house rules are governed by the Airbnb platform.
